Resolve 20 Download Extras separately

Is it possible to download the Extras separately and drop them into a folder for installation?
My Internet connection sucks but i could download the files at a friends house and put them in a pendrive.

I wondered about that myself, how do the dongle users that are 100% offline for client protection/security reasons download the extras. Unless i'm not looking hard enough it appears after installation Resolve deletes the downloads, and the installation includes encryption cyphers and keys.

This encryption may be to protect their code/models or to lock the extra's to the licence holder or both.

Apparently it gets downloaded in an Extras folder. I had permission issues and I had to create it myself. I could not find out the URL so far.
