Constant crashes with Davinci Resolve

Hi!

I'm the de facto IT guy of a small business. We have a videographer working with us and she's having constant crashes with Davinci Resolve. I'm trying to help her but I'm a bit out of solutions now.

I've tried a number of things:
[*] Deactivating hardware acceleration is other software to free up GPU.
[*] Entirely cleaned the video drivers and reinstalled the latest Nvidia Studio drivers from scratch.
[*] Did a general hygiene pass on the computer with Windows updates, etc.
[*] Made sure Davinci Resolve was set to use the discrete GPU and Cuda (for Nvidia).

The crashes happen under 15 minutes, almost systematically.

I'm attaching a bit of information to help you. I'm also including logs, do note that I tried to switch to OpenCL at one moment before reverting back to CUDA. That's a one time thing.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bits - 22h2
Ram: 64gb
GPU: RTX 2060 6gb Vram
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x

NVidia drivers: 576.52 Studio
Davinci Version: 19.1.1

An additional detail: my videographer did use Fusion. We tried with and without it and the crashes keep happening.

Ideally, we need a proper Resolve diagnostics log file, which can be generated from the Resolve Help menu: Create Diagnostics Log on Desktop

From the rolling log you sent, it looks like something is being done in the project that exceeds the available GPU memory.

Please send a project export .drp of the PYRENE_DLC_MOBILE_TRAILER project. Generate that by opening the Resolve Project Manager page, and right clicking that project and selecting Export Project.

According to the Windows crash .dmp file, this caused the crash: Universe_Glow_Glow_OFX

And in the Resolve crash log, I see a lot of messages like this:

D:\rg\GitLab-Runner\builds\0-UNI\rg-libraries\axion\src\shader\gl\ShaderStage.cpp-39 => Warning: GL_INVALID_OPERATION

I would typically assume the Universe Glow is a Red Giant OFX plugin, but I've never seen those in a GitLab folder structure. At any rate, this appear to be related to the issue.

Is there documentation or any info on how to appropriately parse these crash logs? I'm a technical person, but as I don't do video, it's difficult for me to parse them effectively and find the causes of errors. I'm just seeking to be a bit more autonomous, even if I greatly appreciate your time and help.
