Just fix this, no needed feedback for this one, one of the selling points of Davinci Resolve is that it has Fusion included, that means that the edit page should be able to interact with Fusion.

It does interact. You the user is not. Learn how the program works, please.

So you are telling me, when using Fusion Effects you can ease in and out from the edit page? I haven't install the beta, but in a comment on a YT video someone said this, you are telling me is a lie?

You can't see Fusion composition (effects) in the new keyframe editor window. Is that what you are referencing? I'm assuming this is still the case in beta 4 but I haven't checked.

I made this post based on a comment on a youtube video and the guy said for example in text+ effect you can't ease in and out in the edit page

No, the Keyframe and Spline editors do not work with Fusion effects.

I set two keyframes via the Inspector on a Fusion Text+ effect, I have Display Parameter With Keyframes checked and absolutely nothing shows up in the Keyframe Editor.

The Spline Editor shows absolutely nothing. The Parameters dropdown menu doesn't even dropdown when you click it. The entire interface is completely blank.

The Keyframe and Spline editors do not work with any Fusion effects.

If that was from Casey Farris' or Patrick Sterling's video, that was probably my comment. I've posted on both of their recent videos for the Keyframe editor about this problem.

Yes, this is about your comment in the Casey Faris video, text being the most popular thing that people do in the Edit page after cutting clips, this should be fixed asap.

I definitely agree. While you can use the spline editor with the basic stripped down Text effect, the Text+ effect is the one everyone always recommends because it has more features. Casey demonstrated it with the plain Text effect, but he did not mention that the new editors will not work with the Text+ or any other Fusion effect.

I use Fusion effects almost exclusively, so the new keyframe/spline editors are essentially useless to me until this gets fixed.

It would also be nice if Blackmagic could let us know if this is something they are working on. A little bit of communication goes a long way. Unfortunately, I am expecting the worst right now because the Edit page has never played well with Fusion effects. We still can't set ease in/out for Fusion effects on the Edit page via the Inspector. Blackmagic purchased Fusion in 2014 and in all this time they've never made basic easing work with Fusion effects on the Edit page. Based on this history, it's entirely possible they may never do this, so it would be nice to hear something on this.
