Paid for Davinci Studio - Have not received Link to download

I recently paid for the Davinci Studio program. After payment I was informed I would receive a link or some type of information on how to get the program downloaded, I have not received anything yet.

Has anyone else run into this problem? I've tried contacting Blackmagic multiple ways (email/call/support messages/etc), no responses.

Anyone else run into this problem, or maybe point me in the right direction?

The software can be downloaded from the support page without a license.
But perhaps you meant that you have not received any mail etc with the license key?

Did you check the spam folder on your emails page in case it ended up there?
