Lost my license?

Upgrading from 19 to 20 has been bumpy and I'm still trying to work out kinks. Beta 1 would crash nonstop, and then somewhere between 2 and 4 it got more stable but then there was the audio bug. Upgraded the same Beta version and that fixed the bug but then during that upgrade I've somehow lost my license?

I went to use some effect and it said I needed the paid version. I just thought it was a fluke but now there's no voice isolation so I don't know what to do. I don't see how reinstalling the program is going to fix this if the problem is in the current version... so maybe there's some work around?

Not sure what to do.

You've downloaded and installed the non-Studio version by mistake.
Install the Studio version and you'll be good to go.

I've been upgrading DaVinci versions for ~2 years now and this has never happened... So is this saying that when I went from Beta 3 to 4 I installed the free version and now that I have the studio, I can't just install the studio on top of the free Beta 4?

Yes. It's saying you already have b4 installed so you need to uninstall it to install the same release (despite being Studio.)

That worked perfectly, thank you!
