Cannot connect micro color panel

Hi, my black magic color panel is connected to my windows PC but the micro panel is not showing up on the control panel setup as shown in the screenshot attached.

Oddly enough, I am also using an editor keyboard but the keyboard is not showing up in the control panel setup as well. I have to plug out and plug in again for the scroll wheel function to turn on, but at the same time, it is also not showing in the control panel setup even though it works.

My Davinci resolve version is: 19.1.4 build 11
Windows is: 11 Home version 24H2 26100.4061

My micro color panel buttons are lit up, but it just isn't working

Hi, just updated to resolve 20, everything seems to be working, both devices are now detected. But just one small issue though, the editor keyboard only works when I unplug and plug in again. Is there a way to update the keyboard firmware?
