Text Edit Function Disabled

I've got a few lower 3rds over a clip I'm working on in Fusion and I'm noticing that the edit function for the text isn't available in the Edit tab. When I first added the text elements, I was able to edit them, but this option has disappeared. Is there a way to re enable this? Thanks for any help.

These are template L3's included with Resolve, or your own original titles?

Thanks for your response. I don't know what a "template L3" is. It's just the basic text generator in Edit.

OK, guess it's yet another bug. Workaround time!
