[bug] media pool / keyframe panels conflict

Hi, reporting a bug that slipped through the nets.

In Davinci Resolve 20, on a macOS Ventura 13.7, using two desktop monitors, with Davinci set to "dual screen" + "fullscreen timeline," the Media Pool and Keyframe panels are mutually exclusive, meaning they occupy the same space interchangeably. The bug is that, contrary to any other layout scenario, the panels can be switched around from one to the other using keyboard shortcuts, but not the other way around.

So, using keybinds it is possible to go [media pool] > [keyframes], but not [keyframes] > [media pool].

Sure…

…however, the actually useful thing to do would be to see whether that bug also appears on Sonoma +

I find it highly unlikely that a bug like this would have anything remotely to do with OS version.
