Davinci Resolve 19.1.4 won't launch on Manjaro 614

I installed DaVinci Resolve Free Version 19.1.4 on my Framework Laptop 16 (AMD Ryzen 7040 Series) running Manjaro Linux using the davinci-resolve package from the AUR. With the rocm-opencl-runtime driver (as recommended on the archwiki) this used to work without issues. However, recently launching /opt/resolve/bin/resolve loops indefinitely at "Loading Projects" and crashes my laptop. The log file shows:
