If you are working with support through different channels, why post here? In addition, since working it from both ends could be beneficial, why not post a link to your diagnostic log, your NFO, etc. here as well? It couldn't hurt. Then you can tell support via your ticket# that you have also put your files here and they can coordinate with the support team that works these forums.
