Issues with Upgrading to Version 20

I recently installed version 20 on my machine. I have a paid license with a valid serial number, but it’s prompting me to pay $299 again. I’ve already purchased the software previously, so I’m unsure why this is happening.
Additionally, I’m experiencing issues with my projects. While some open without a problem, others won’t load and display an error message instead.
Has anyone else encountered this? I’d appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve these issues.
