Timeline viewer on Edit page won't increase in size

PostSat May 31, 2025 11:50 am

I've just installed the full release version of 20 and still can't make the timeline viewer panel larger in the Edit page so it stretches left and over the mid vertical line of the screen.

In 19 I was able to drag the left side of the timeline viewer past the middle of the screen to make the image larger for editing.

In 20 it won't go any more left than the middle of the screen.

Anyone else have this problem.. maybe it's Windows thing. Thanks.

I don't recall that what 19 was like, but in 20, we can't.

Maybe part of the new Vertical Layout GUI design.

Thanks for your reply Jim.

I could do it in 19 .. here's a screen shot showing the viewer left hand side stretched so it is left of the mid vertical -https://gregtallent.com/dr

Well, you're in Single Viewer mode there. Different story.

Yes.. and in 20 single viewer mode doesn't allow you go left past the mid vertical.. so the image is smaller than you see in the screenshot above.
