Keyboard assignment bug (German UI)

The keyboard shortcut

Ctrl + ,

for moving multiple frames, doesn't work on a German keyboard. (It might not work in other languages ​​either.)

The keyboard shortcut overview window also shows that this command is assigned to another (nonexistent?) function. This may be the source of the error.
