Swap footage

Hi, sorry for the noob question but I can't find an answer to this. Is there an equivalent to swap source from bin to timeline as in AE? I have a low res clip in the timeline and high res in the media pool. Same in/out tc and duration, just resolution difference. I just want to swap in the high res to replace the low res. I have a lot to do so hoping to not have to set in/outs manually of the high res.
thanks

Duplicate timeline before trying so you can revert in case things do not go as planned...
You can import the clips to a different bin to your project and with it selected, right click the original clip in the timeline and choose conform with selected media pool clip (or something like that).
If it is for all the clips on the timeline, you can choose the timeline from the media pool, right click and choose conform from bin. It should replace all the clips.
The better option for next time, is to use the original clips and assign proxies to them. So you can switch on a fly between each choice. This works even if they're in separate drives

Thanks for the reply. One thing I haven't been able to sort is how the proxy workflow works with file sequences? It doesn't seem to allow me to select sequences to act as proxies or high resolution versions
