Resolve and Fairlight Export Question

Hello,

I have 14 "nested" video timelines with unique names

I have three tracks of audio (mixed in fairlight)
Track one dialog (same speaker on all videos)
Track two FX
Track 3 Music

In the Render page want to

Render individual clips using the timeline audio (not included in the nested video)

So I want Resolve to render each nested sequences' video but use the three tracks of audio from the timeline.

When I ask resolve to render individual clips it exports the Video with no timeline audio. In every other page the audio plays back fine.

Any suggestions?

David

This should be quite basic.

It seems resolve it set up so that you can put a bunch of timelines in a timeline and then output those as individual clips.

But this workflow I am using is much faster for creating social media clips.

1 speaker 14 clips - One location one channel strip
FX on track 2
Music on track three ducking etc across all 14 videos.

I loose all of the great (and fast) Fairlight mixing when I combine the video into compound clips.

Plus the subtitles also get done in one go. How simple is that.

Resolve can not handle the export part though.....

When I want it to use the VIDEO and the Names of the 001-014 nested VIDEO CLIPS in the timeline with the three track fairlight mixed AUDIO as the output.

Fiarlight experts?
Or perhaps I am missing a very obvious thing....

Is "Render Timeline Effects" enabled on the Deliver page's Video tab?

I am too fast for the internet today.

THe solution is to

DUPLICATE THE TIMELINE

BOUNCE MIX TO TRACK

MUTE ALL Original TRACKS

Create compound clips with the bounced audio/
