Arbitrary speed for speed point

PostWed Jun 04, 2025 7:33 am

Is there any logical reason why it is possible to manually set any speed value at the Cut page, but on the Edit page, it is limited to a set of values?

You can set the speed to an arbitrary value in the speed section of the inspector panel, just make sure you are on the keyframe.

It's not necessary to be on the keyframe, it still changes the speed of the entire current segment. But that's not exactly what I'm talking about. It is not nearly as convenient as changing the speed directly at the clip. I mean, come on, why have 10(!) random preset speed values, but didn't add the same "Set" function as in the Cut page's drop-down menu?
