Film Look Creator: flickering green and pink stripes on top

R19.1.4. Studio

On Color page I finally created the perfect look with film look creator as last node, but when I hit play I have pink and green flickering stripes on the very top of the picture.

Even if I turn off the last node with the film look creator the flickering stripes are still there.

What is this and how do I get rid of it?

If your signature is accurate, one thing you can do is update your GPU driver. (I find the nVidia App very useful for this.)
