I think we could all use a better way to manage data in the cloud.
Problems:
-Once data is stored on a davinci server in the cloud, it can only be deleted project-by-project, file-by-file (extremely slow. we have to load up each project one at a time and remove the data. very slow when a library has tons of projects in it)
-If we downgrade the storage (e.g. we are finished working with remote editors in a particular library, but still want to keep the project files), the project library becomes inaccessible. The only way to see the project files is to pay for the storage again.
-the only way to remove all the data in a library is to delete the library itself (killing off all your project files along with it
solutions?
-ideally BMD improves folder structuring and data management in the cloud / project library architecture, and could introduce features such as a recycle bin
-I think we could export our project library and all the project files, delete everything, and then re-import them as a new library, but I don't love the idea as it feels slightly risky.

To delete media, you must first disable the Blackmagic Cloud sync in a project (Project Settings ▸ Blackmagic Cloud | Blackmagic Cloud Storage Syncing); then, log in to the Blackmagic Cloud Storage website at https://storage.cloud.blackmagicdesign.com/
You always have the option to delete individual files and folders, other than the top level Project and Project Library folders.
Deleting entire collections of project media or entire Project Library media folders involves more specific permissions, which may depend on the current status of the project or Project Library.
To remove media from project-level folders (which contain all project media), the project itself must be deleted from the Project Library. This can be done in the Project Manager window in DaVinci Resolve.
To eliminate all media associated with a particular Project Library, including all related projects, you must delete the Project Library. This can be done in the Project Server tab at https://project-server.cloud.blackmagicdesign.com/
