Can't play any footage in resolve

So here's some background on my situation because the context matters in this case. My motherboard crapped out one day and I needed to get it replaced. What I did with my boot drive from windows is throw it in a temporary PC that had a Intel 6700k and GTX 1080 graphics card. Once my new motherboard arrived a threw my boot drive into my machine with the new motherboard, downloaded the drivers, programs, including davinci resolve and I find myself not being able to play back any of my media. Whether it's from my Panasonic G9 II or my DJI Mini 4 Pro drone.

For the drone footage davinci says the footage is "offline".
For my G9 II footage, only the audio is imported and I get a black screen.
I think it's also worth mentioning that my G9 II footage can get, I don't know, 1 frame per 6 seconds and play the audio in VLC and my drone footage can be played on VLC just fine.

My guess is I need video codecs but I have no idea what or where to download them. The last video I edited I just used handbrake the encode the footage to something davinci can play, I didn't have time to mess around on that project.

Computer specs:
AMD 1950x Threadripper
Motherboard: asus prime x399-a
64GB RAM
Nvidia 3070 gpu

Updated Resolve Studio to 20 Build 49

Here's the flavour of my G9 footage
Format : AVC MPEG-4
Format profile : QuickTime High 4:2:2 Intra@L5.2
Codec ID : qt 2011.07 (qt /pana)
File size : 2.54 GiB
Duration : 36 s 36 ms
Overall bit rate mode : Variable
Overall bit rate : 606 Mb/s
Frame rate : 59.940 FPS

A good first step would be to know what audio and video codecs are inside your G9 and DJI footage. A tool like mediainfo is your friend here.

Second, Resolve the free version or Resolve Studio?

Make sure you have a current NVIDIA driver installed for the RTX 3070.

I'm running Resolve Studio 20 Build 49. Updated my post to reflect that.

Yeah I've tried the game ready drivers since my workstation is also my "leisure station". I also tried the studio drivers and there was no change.

Then send us a Resolve diagnostics log file created from the Resolve Help menu.

And open Windows System Information, select its File - Save menu, which will create a .NFO file that has your system info.

Put both those files on a file sharing site and send links to the files. Make sure the links don't require access credentials.

Okay, I'm sorry. I thought my Davinci Resolve was activated. It was not. I can see my footage just fine.
