Clip Speed Change uses -0- GPU and all CPU

Same issues with 20.0 as 19.

Two Systems with AMD and Intel CPUS
Two systems with RTX3080
Both systems 128gb RAM

Clip speed changes use 100% CPU and 0 GPU when rendering. Rendering slows down to less than 1 frame per second when rendering clip speed changes.

Same as 19, version 20 you have to exit out of editing every 5 to 10 mins because both systems slow down to the point of unusable.

Smart render cache is not smart. When you make an edit past a smart render cache rendered point the whole entire render cache wants to start over.

Audio assistant is just awful. Completely ruined an entire project that I didn't have backed up. Audio was garbled, etc.

What Retime Process and Motion Estimation Mode are you using?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Tell us about the clip.

Tell us about the GPU and CPUs
