DA20 Bug: Crash when loading saved project presets

In Davinci Resolve - version 20 final release:
If I try to load saved project settings the software shut downs immediately.
This happens if I try to load project settings from older versions as well as project settings that I have saved as preset in Davinci Resolve 20.
So at this moment, I have to configure all of the settings from scratch before I start a new project.
My System:
Davinci Resolve 20 - fresh and clean installation.
Windows 11 Pro
I9 Core 14900 KF
96 GB RAM DDR5
RTX 4070 TiSuper (latest Nvidia studio driver installed)
5TB NVMEs Samsung Pro
I just want to report it so that it can be fixed.

Give the FAQ a good read. It goes over some troubleshooting steps, as well as what information to post if those fail.

This is a misconception in general and not only related to Blackmagic Design.
I am a user of a software that is qualified as "final relase". I am already taking my time to report this error so that the company can investigate it.
I am not a paid beta tester and or reporter. I am a professional software user, and to this day, no software company (including Blackmagic) will pay me for the lost hours of troubleshooting and talking to customers to explain to them that some timetables are shifting because there are always new bugs to deal with with each new release.
The big misconception is that the user today also has to be the beta tester and would even have the time to spend hours creating his log files and communicating his system specs everywhere in order to do the work that allows a company to speak of a “final release” at all.
So no hard feelings, but If you want to read the FAQs, read the FAQs for yourself.

To clearify my view.
If there is a new function that needs to be improved, I am the last person who will not help.
But if well-established functions no longer work in the new version, then that is a sign that the factory has not worked and tested properly and thoroughly.
And that's not the user's job.
Incidentally, it will always be a mystery to me how things that have already been built and established can suddenly stop working. It's like setting up a new lamp at home and suddenly the water tap stops working.
Kind regards
Robert

Yes, but you're not giving them the info they need for a proper investigation. The FAQ covers that.

What Jim said. There is an almost infinite number of variations in hardware and software configurations for Windows PCs, and it is impossible to test any software against all permutations. And pretty much ALL software has bugs, "final release" or not. Your bug may be very specific to your particular configuration. It is not "doing their beta testing for them" for you to send in the crash logs, it is simply the most efficient way to track down and solve YOUR problem.

If you're running into Resolve crashes on Windows, go to the Resolve Help menu and select "Create Diagnostics Log on Desktop." Also, create a MSinfo32 info file by selecting Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information, then choosing Save. Now, place both files on a download site like Dropbox, post the link here in a forum message and see what BMD Support has to say.

Thanks for your answers.
Will do some logfiles in the next days. See what will happen.
All other things to say about this, ist part of another topic.
