unhappy about Studio version 20, willing to go back to 19

Hi everybody,

I used the 19 free version for a while and wanted the Studio features. So I purchased the 20 Studio version, but on my PC (Windows 10, Intel Core i7-7700 CPU 3.60 GHz, graphic card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, 16,0 GB RAM) when I try the Magic Mask the app crashes or freezes or gets extremely slow, and so basically I cannot use it.
I would like to try the 19 Studio version if it's more stable on my PC, but on the website I can only download the 20 version.
How can I avoid wasting the money I spent on the 20 Studio version?

From the Support page - https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/family/davinci-resolve-and-fusion,
scroll down the "Latest Downloads",
select your version (DaVinci Resolve Studio 19.1.4 - ensure that it says Studio)
download, extract the zip file, and follow the installation instructions.

You should be able to use your Studio activation key license for version 19 and all prior versions that support activation key based licensing.

a 1050Ti with 4GB of VRAM and 16GB of RAM are VERY LITTLE for Resolve. Particularly if you require Fusion.

Official requirements for DVR
Minimum System Requirements for Windows
Windows 10 Creators Update.
16 GB of system memory or 32 GB when using Fusion.
For monitoring, Blackmagic Design Desktop Video 12.9 or later.
Integrated GPU or discrete GPU with at least 4 GB of VRAM.
GPU which supports OpenCL 1.2 or CUDA 12.8.
AMD/Intel official drivers from your GPU manufacturer.
NVIDIA Studio driver 570.65 or newer.

Consider an upgrade. A better video card is not too expensive (you can stay in the 20 series, 8GB minimum) and move to 32GB RAM.
