Edit Options don't retain after restart

Edit Options don't retain after restart - Decompose Compound Clips on Edit and Automatically Create new Tracks on Edit, I keep having to change these back to my selection every time the software is started.

I don't see that issue here, Jamie (Windows 10, Resolve Studio 19.1.4 and macOS 14.7.5, Resolve Studio 20) ... maybe a corrupted preference file?
