What happened to use original media with VFX Connect Clip?

We used to have the option of using the original media rather than doing some kind of transcode.

Where did that go? Resolve 20

I'm - intensively - using vfx connect and never saw that format "obligation" so far, my 2 cts about it givenyour info ...

On Mac it looks like this. It looks like you might be selecting a group of still images, which is why those options are not available.

I updated my post with the answer. Compound clips also do not show those options.

Just selecting a single clip that is already an EXR...

Yes, that's right. EXR is an image sequence not a video format.

So I have to render my EXRs to EXR to be able to work in EXR??

And what about this Quicktime that is in fact a video file?

Hey, just a word to say I read but my answers are the same as Peter.
And I should write that when i use the VFX Connect way, it's mainly from a ProRes video file yet...
