New keyframe editor not consistent in layout presets

Is anyone else having difficulty with the new keyframe editor's state being stored in UI layout user presets? If the keyframe editor is floated and open, its position is stored correctly. If the floating window is closed, and then a preset is saved, it is not stored as closed. Should you use a preset that has the keyframe editor open, then try to use a preset where it is closed, it will remain open. If the keyframe editor is docked, this does not seem to be an issue.

I am using a 3 monitor setup, in case that is a contributing factor.
