Scopes off screen?

When I turn on the scopes they are off screen and I can't move them because they are partly off screen, how do I reset them so they can be moved/resized?

In the Project Manager window, you need to hold down the Shift key while you right click on an empty area in the Manager window. You will then see the Reset UI Layout menu item. Selecting that should reset all your scopes back to the center of the GUI display.

This is also available in the View menu, "Reset UI Layout" I think.
