DaVinci Resolve 9 Lite and Intensity Pro Card?

I'm running DaVinci Resolve 9 Lite on a Mac Pro. I want to setup an external HDTV monitor while I'm color grading. Will the Intesity Pro card give me a broadcast quality signal going to the HDTV via HDMI? Is there something I need to lookout for?

The Intensity Pro card will work fine.

Can you also monitor sync'd audio via the analog or AES/SPDIF outs while using the HDMI out for color grading with the Intensity Pro card and Resolve Lite?
