What monitor for resolve lite?

I have been trying to learn Da Vinci Resolve Lite on my 15inch laptop. However it is too small and I can't see all the windows when running Resolve Lite. I was thinking of buying a bigger monitor. However, do you think it's important that I use a broadcast monitor? most of my work is going to be for online.
