RESOLVE PREVIEW MINI-MONITOR HDMI

Hi there, i recentely worked on a project connecting a SDI monitor to a MINI-MONITOR and it worked just perfect.

We wanted to put a bigger screen as a preview but our budget forced us to buy an HP dream color (Z27X) but i'm having issues.
I'm sure the mini-monitor works (as Adobe After Effect recognize it and put the preview on the secondary screen via the mini-monitor) but davinci doesn't even see it.

Does davinci work only via SDI?

(notice required: i'm working on a macpro late 2013, Resolve 10 (full version))

HDMI should work fine. You've got a setting wrong somewhere. Have you also got your z27x set to 709?
Check your decklink control panel is set to HDMI/all outputs. And make sure you're on latest ver

I use dream color Z24 through mini-monitor HDMI port without issue.

you need to set your output to 1080psF in Davinci, not 1080p, because most monitors have problem to play progressive through HDMI

and of course you also need to enable the card in DaVinci preferences

Apparently i just needed to update the minimonitor device.

I tried connecting an SDI monitor and then the HP with the HDMI and it worked just fine! Anyway, thanks for all of you for the help
