Application Error - 0xc000001 d

PostThu Mar 19, 2015 9:27 pm

The full message is:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000001 d). Click OK to close the application."

I am running Windows 7. Everything is up to date. Even checked the graphic's card drivers. If more information is needed I can supply that whenever it would be helpful.

After poking around the internet I decided to try here. I've been completely unable to find solutions so far, so hopefully somewhere here can help.

I'm not sure how you expect anyone to answer this message...

And I'm not sure how you meant your "How." Is it semantical or practical?

However, I guess a few steps were lost from my mind to my message.

In short, I downloaded Resolve the other day and it won't launch and any information about what's causing this problem would be greatly appreciated. I'm fully aware that this is probably an issue with either my OS or my hardware and not the fault of the Resolve software, but I'm completely at a loss to finding a solution to this problem.

Frankly, I have already spent far too much time on this problem and need to get back to doing productive things, so in a last ditch effort I came here to see if anyone else might know something I've been unable to figure out for myself.

The lack on any indication of even what app you were talking about was problematic to helping you.

Now that we know it's Resolve, what type of system are you running it on? What type of CPU? What OS?

What version of Resolve?

Has Resolve ever worked on this system, or a first time install?

Sorry if I was snippy. I definitely understand that I wasn't being helpful.

Anyways, it's Resolve Lite 11.2.1. I have never used Resolve before. Windows 7 SP1. AMD Phenom II X4 965.

Thanks for your help.

Resolve 11.2 and 11.2.1 is likely to have issues with AMD CPU's.

For now, I would suggest you use Resolve 11.1.3.
