Hello As the title says DNG raw files dont show in finder, not as a still anyway. They are a blurr of colors. Nothing visible, This i have only with BMPCC files not from RAW files from my 5D Canon. Why?
Next I imported them in to Resolve but they are not the washed out shots I get when using prores. No they have some color on them en when applying a lut or otherwise they become far to saturated. Why dont I get the normal bmpcc look in resolve?

Hello, David,
1. Operating system must have a support for raw files. On Mac OS X Mac OS X 10.10.2 should allow you to see the cinemaDNG as individual stills. If you are running the OS but do not see them, check if you have any updates available to the operating system. An exception at this time is raw 3:1 available on some of our cameras, Mac OS X currently does not show a preview of those files.

2. Saturation: you can change the default processing of the cinema DNG raw in the project settings, or on a per clip basis in a the Camera Raw pane in the Color panel. Default setting is rec.709. You will get a flat look if you change the global setting or per clip Cinema DNG processing setting to BMD Film

Hello, you can browse DNG RAW files on Mac with WidsMob photo viewer perfectly. It is free to download.
