I had a proyect that I had worked a few weeks, and today when I pick in Edit, DaVinci crash. I try with other proyects, and all are ok. Only with this proyect. I can pick in Media, in Color, in Deliver... but no in Edit.
I have reintalled DaVinci, I exported the proyect and then import... anything works.
I have to do all the proyect again?
Thank's.

If you post or link to a project export .drp of the project, we can take a look at it.

I can't upload the drp because it's 2.5 mb. I'll upload to dropbox

The path is dropbox dot com and this:

I assume you are using a Windows based Resolve system? Because this project won't even import on a Mac. I suspect due to issues with illegal characters in path/file names, but that's just a guess.
It does import and load on a Windows Resolve. And I can go to the Edit page and do things without crashing.
What exactly do you have to do on the Edit page to make it crash? Just selecting the Edit page? Or are you doing something on the Edit page that makes it crash? And if so, what?

I can´t do nothing in Edit page because, I click on Edit label and Davinci crash. Only in this label. I don't know why because the last time all were well.
And yes, the OS is Windows 8.

After the crash, run CaptureLogs and post/link to the resulting .zip log file.

Download the .drp file at this link and import it. Let me know if this fixes the issue:
https://www.hightail.com/download/bXBaS ... TWw3czlVagYou have a pretty underpowered GPU and it only has 1GB of VRAM, which is below the 2GB we recommend. I'm not sure that specifically is causing this issue, but I suspect the issue is related to having the "Show Audio Waveforms" mode enabled on the Edit page. The attached project has that turned off.
Assuming this fixes it, the issue could be your CUDA driver. You could try changing that to see what effect it has. Or you can just make sure you leave "Show Audio Waveforms" disabled on the Edit page.

THANK'S. It's works. What's the problem? My GPU? If is that, why GPU you recommend?

As I mentioned, it could be your NVIDIA driver version. Try a version or 2 above or below the current version and see what they do.
We would also recommend you use a GPU with at least 2GB of VRAM for HD workflows. But I doubt that is what is causing this particular issue, but maybe. Seems more likely to be the NVIDIA driver.

Well, Davinci crash again. I can edit a time, but it crash again. I restart Davinci and I can edit other time. I've tried the last driver version, and an old version. It's the same.
I'll try to reinstall Windows the next week with Windows 10, and change de GPU to a GTX 790.
If I save a drp of my proyect, I can restore the proyect when I'll format the disk, it's true?
Thank's.

Yes, that's true.
