Hi

I'm not seeing an effect to my image if I modify just the Y "luma" slider in primaries. The same too, if I un-gang and adjust the luma curve. It has no effect on my image at all.

Any idea why this would happen?

That means you have the Lum Mix control set to 0 instead of 100.

You can see and adjust this value at the bottom of the Color Wheels and Primaries palettes on the Color page, below the Offset controls.
