Blackmagic 10 bit uncompressed AVI - RGB or YUV for Resolve?

I'm exporting from premiere Pro for grading in Resolve using the Blackmagic 10 bit 1080P 25 uncompressed codec. Should I choose the RGB or YUV option? (and why?) :-) My original footage is BMCC Prores HQ.

Thanks

I don't really grasp your choice in opting for Uncompressed. Staying in ProRes 422 (HQ if you must) will be fine, and if you opt for RGB instead of Y'CbCr linear video, you are asking for trouble with roundtrip 0-100 IRE level scaling. See the other threads populating this and every other forum on the web regarding "dark" or "bright" or "washed out" images after roundtripping.

I'd love to stay in ProRes but I'm on a PC so it can come in but it can't go out :-) Disk space I have lots of so I'd rather fill a hard disk that lose quality especially when files are moving between Premiere, Resolve and After Effects in various directions :-)

So YUV is the way to go then?
