V12 Permission Problem

In v12 I'm getting the "unable to write to selected... path" each time I create a new project. User and Staff have read/write privileges to the drive in question, which is the drive chosen in Preferences. I tried giving Everyone permission which didn't solve the problem. Have also reselected the drive in project settings. This was not a problem in v11.
Thoughts?

What are the specific errors you are getting?
If they are related to cache and still paths, you likely don't have a valid drive selected at the top of the Scratch Disk list in the Resolve Preferences / Media Storage area.
You can also check in Resolve Project Settings / General Options / Working Folders to see what the current paths are. Likely they are not valid.

I think you were right, Dwaine. I had one of those situations where Resolve one drive as having two instances. All seems better now.
