MXF Render speed is significantly slower than 11.
Posted: Tue Jul 28, 2015 1:38 pmWell after a day of testing there is some huge speed differences for me at least on both the PC and Mac when rendering AVID MXF's.
On my windows machine:
In Resolve 12 to render a Alexa 444 Prores 4:3 2x Anamorphic to 2.39:1 no LUT it took 3:41. Rendering around 60fps.
In Resolve 11.31b to render the same file it took 2 minutes and 16 seconds rendering around 106fps.
Huge difference there. Not really sure why. Exact same settings in both. Interesting...
Any clues?
