Alexis Van Hurkman has a quick rundown that touches on the new features as they relate in the v12 manual:
http://vanhurkman.com/wordpress/?p=3302And Pat Inhofer, Dan Horan, and the other MixingLight.com people have just posted a brief 12-minute overview of new features and critiques (a paid website).
I, too, would have liked to have seen like a 100-page "quickstart" guide that basically says, "if you know Resolve 11 already, here's the new stuff and how to use it." But I get the manual can't be all things to everybody.
My advice is just to jump in, twist knobs, and see what happens. Take 2 days out of your life (if possible), sit down with the manual, and go through all the important stuff -- without clients, without distractions, and not on a paid project. This is still a Beta version and I'm nervous about using any v.0 software on client sessions.
