Resolve 12b crashing on startup

Hello,

I've been anxious to try Resolve 12 but although it installed successfully, it invariably crashes on startup ("an unexpected problem has caused etc.")

I'm running Win7 x64. My configuration is:
Intel Core i7-2600K
16GB RAM
Intel Z77
ATI Radeon HD 6850 / Intel HD Graphics 3000 (for some reason my PC says I've two GPUs although I only have the Radeon??)

Am I doing anything wrong? Is my configuration not compatible? I've tried reinstalling it but the problem remains. Thank you.

Hi David, we haven't tested on a HD 3000 but you system has two GPUs as you note. The Radeon and Intel. See if you can disable one or the other of them and restart.

Hey,

I tried that but it didn't work. No idea why this HD3000 is showing up in the first place as I have only one GPU. Maybe it came with the motherboard I installed recently (z77)? Weird.

What I don't understand is Resolve 11 was working only a few days ago before I uninstalled it, and 12 isn't. Do you have any ideas what else could be the problem?
