Resolve 12 crasches on startup MBP

Resolve 12 crashes on startup, after pressing "OK"
Previous R11 worked fine, made the deinstall,
reinstalled R12, same problem.
Made standard Apple DiskUtility repair

MacBook Pro late 2013,
2.6Ghz, 4core i7, 16GB ram, 1TB flash,
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
Yosemite 10.10.4
latest Cuda mac-driver 7.0.52

Run /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/CaptureLogs and link to the .tgz log file that gets created on your desktop.
