Vertical Glitchy Lines after upgrading to 12

I have several clips that play fine in finder Preview, Quicktime, Premiere Pro CC, AND Resolve 11.3.1, but when i view them in the media browser or in a timeline in Resolve 12, a few shots have 6 vertical lines on the left side of the frame that flicker different colors during playback.

The weird part is that the affected clips are 4800x2700 Prores422. None of the 1920x1080 or 5120x2560 or 6144x3160 (Prores422 or R3D files) have any issues, only the 4800x2700 ProRes.





I've tried them on a different Mac Pro also with Resolve 12 and it's exactly the same. When i open them in a third Mac Pro that has Resolve 11.3.1, everything looks great! Not sure what's going on. looks like a bug.

Knowing your hardware and OSX details would be helpful. And if you have NVIDIA graphics, the CUDA and GPU Driver details.

My Computer:
OS X Yosemite 10.10.4
Mac Pro (Late 2013)
3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5
AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB
64GB RAM

Also has the same issue with another computer with the exact same specs just a different graphics card:
