Issue loading footage

For what it's worth...I had some issues trying to load footage into Resolve 12. It was in prep of editing a one hour program with a lot of footage, so I closed out of V12 and went to Resolve 11 Lite, loaded all the footage, saved the project, then opened it in Resolve 12 and everything is working well after a couple days of editing.

Source material is 1080/30P as is the timeline, running on a 27" Retina IMAC, 32 GB Ram, 6TB Thunderbolt Raid & Yosemite.

Also I didn't need to reinstall Resolve 11Lite.
