Currently, just like in version 11, the sorting order and kind of display (list or thumbnail) in the Media Room and the Edit Room is not connected. What do others think: should they follow each other?

I think that's a very good idea. I'd also go a step further and if you selected a clip in the Media Page, that clip should stay selected in the Edit Page media pool.

I also wish the type of display would be remembered for every bin and list, so one didn't have to constantly toggle back and forth, between thumbnails and lists.
