That's correct, your model of MBP is not supported.

Supported models listed in the Resolve Mac Config guide, which you can find here:

Open Cl in all flavours is broken on the rMBP- a shame as they are touted as the best looking graphics wise, laptop available and they cannot use the best and most efficient processing system.

thank you very much for answer.

i was so happy that Apple released the 13 retina.

i is a shame that Resolve doesn't support it. it cost me a lot.
i made a mistake buying it. i first imagine to use it with the BMCC
i ordered at the same time. i choose it for its size and because it have
a thunderbold port.

hope it is possible to get Resolve running on the 13 retina mbp.

R.

Your system only has Intel HD4000 graphics in it. That will not work for Resolve. I would not expect that to ever work for Resolve. It does not have an adequate level of OpenCL support for Resolve.

I'm sorry to hear that the 13 isn't working for you.

Just so people know, The 15 inch Quad i7 runs Great. Multiple power windows, ect.

BTW, I'm using the program called "Quickres" to run the display at 2880x1800.

I highly recommend this. Much more desktop real estate to work with.
