How to hide RetimeCurve panel?

Hi,

How do you hide "Retime Curve" panel?

After `right click` on clip and clicking "Retime Curve" the `RetimeCurve Panel` appears under the clip. But I can't find a way to close it (which is quite uncomfortable especially under the clips that I later decided that don't need retiming).

I'm just getting started with DaVinci Resolve so I'm not sure if this the right place to ask about this kind of stuff. Sorry if question is silly or in the wrong place.

Cheers.

Click on the little "curve" symbol in the lower right side of the clip in the Edit window, and the Retime Curve display will close.

I agree, this is not very intuitive -- a right click and deselect the control might be a better idea.

Thank you for a very fast and good reply.

I'll yet mention for anyone who might stumble upon this that the curvy icon is only visible when "Retime Controls" are hidden.

Had the same problem.. and found this. To me that is kind of a bug or fix that is needed. That I have to manually right click the clip, select retime controls to hide those, for the retime curve option to show up, to then hide that.. is a little ridiculous. There should be a right click hide controls option or something that hides everything.

I'm having the same problem nearly a decade later. 2 tedious clicks each time.

Things changed in version 20, now out in Beta.

You can map that menu function to any key combination for instant results! I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this in the 9 years that have passed since this topic was created.
