Unlearning keywords

In Resolve 12.5, is there any way to get Resolve to "unlearn" keywords? I want to remove them from the list of suggested keywords. I can delete keywords from the keywords field, but they would still show up in the suggested list when I start typing the word.
My problem here is the muscle memory of tab completion (from the Unix Bash shell for example). So if I start typing a keyword, instead of return, I sometimes hit tab. This leaves me now with a new keyword, consisting of the first two or three letters of my intended keyword. This of course starts cluttering my keyword list with useless entries.
I could not find any hint in the documentation about it.

Does anyone know where I can go to edit my keyword list?
Thanks.

You can delete them, but they return the next time you examine that clip's metadata. Or did you find a way to really delete them? This is true at least of 12.5.6, didn't check the 14b4.

This is still not possible in Resolve 15! I hope this will be addressed in an update since this really should be easy to implement and rather important

Also: there should be a way to extend the keywords box size...after two words you can't see all the keywords entered...scrolling is rather annoying!

Yes I would also like this feature. We set up a smart bin with all the unused keyword tags we wanted to 'unlearn' but even after removing them from the entire project, the keywords are still there.

Nope, unadressed!

Adding my vote for a feature enhancement. Suggestion: where there are two options for external keyword lists (import and export) there could be another which is "subtract" or "replace".

In 15.2, there's a keyword dictionary accessible through the Workspace menu. It appears to allow deletions, but haven't tried.

John is correct.

In addition to the default suggestions, you can add/edit/delete your own keywords to the suggestions list and save them as presets to be recalled into newer projects later.

Nice, but let's say I want to change a keyword...
For example, let's say my keyword list has
#-OB
#+OB
and I want to update it to be
#OB-
#OB+
so that it is easier to select by using #O and then arrows and enter when entering them...
Since there are no index numbers, I worry... if I edit the list and import it, will it use the positions and update all the clips that have those keywords in use?
Furthermore, I'm sure some people might want to combine keywords as well rather than replace them.
How might that be done?

Given that our options are limited to Add or Delete, this seems unlikely.
