Record or Source Window Zoom/Move

I'm at a loss. I'm rotoscoping. I can zoom but can't find the tool or key for the move? I want to zoom in and move around the frame for tight rotoscoping?
This has to be really easy.

click and hold mouse scroll wheel , then move mouse

I don't have a mouse with a scroll wheel?

I set one of my stylus buttons to act as the middle click in Resolve. Do you have a Wacom tablet?
