Strange "color splotches" appearing in Resolve 14

Refer to photos. Has anyone seen this?

Top photo is actual file in finder.
Middle photo in file graded in Resolve.
Bottom photo is disabling grade in Resolve.

I've now tried to disable nodes, delete nodes, and even unlink and relink clips, but nothing has worked. If the file is rendered out, the splotches are there (i.e. not just a viewer issue).

Please help! I can't figure out how this is happening. All thoughts pre-preciated.

Looks like a bogus qualification. Is it possible that you have a qualification somewhere you cant see?

Maybe accidently have it on a timeline node and not on the clip side?
