Moving images, very limited... Wish List

Hi,
I've run into quite an annoying problem with DR12.5.
If I import a small image, ie short single line of text (1000px x 100px) created elsewhere, I only have the ability
to move it a small area on the screen, like 93 to -93 on sliding scale, so I cant move it off screen.
But if I import a large image I can something like 900 to -900 on scale.
Why is this so? and if it isn't possible can I add to wish list that images can be moved totally off screen.

You can generally get it the rest of the way with the Input Sizing controls on the Color page.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the Edit Sizing (transform) range has been expanded with v14. (Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.)
