Timecode & title burn-in missing in Resolve 14 lite?

Am I going crazy, or is the title burn tab missing in Resolve (non-studio) beta 14?

I'm away from my main resolve studio system and on a laptop currently. Trying to make some proxies. Kinda scratching my head here.
