Resolve 14 Audio Sync ignores audio bit depth

Hey there,

I tried a google search & came up empty so I thought I'd check here & see if anyone has a work around or could point me to the setting I'm missing.

I'm using resolve to sync audio on a short film. When I do I notice that, while it does attach the correct number of audio channels to the video, it degrades the audio bit depth from 24 bit down to 16 bit. Is there a check box I'm missing or some other way to force resolve to maintain the original audio bit depth?

Thanks for any assistance you can give.

I have the same problem. Could someone from Resolve/Blackmagic please answer this question?
